To have a controversy there needs to be some doubt. Very little if any doubts.

I wouldn't mind at least giving Gunnar Hoak a shot. Barker has no poise whatsoever and is a terrible decision maker. It's pretty obvious we're going to need a whole lot of offense to even be halfway competitive in games this year and I have serious doubts Barker can get that done. This is his third year in college and he still looks completely lost out there. I have never heard of a quarterback going 2 for 10 with three interceptions in a game. I mean think for a second about how bad that is. More interceptions than he had completions. There's no way Gunnar Hoak couldn't do better than that. I know the whole redshirt deal but my gosh, if we keep playing Barker this program is going to be set back so far that it'll never be able to recover.
