ASU adds Hall.

Tanner hall is going to ASU, joining their already stacked class. He recently returned from his Mormon mission.

A thread on HR prompted me to look at old HS rankings and I forgot Hall was so old. He trained at the OTC before his mission. He was in the same HS class as Dieringer.

He should turn into a very good HW. Beat the FR from Oh St who was a finalist at 197 with ease. ASU has it rolling right now.
