Don't think it really is comparable data across history because the situation has changed so much. For example, the transfer portal and ability to become almost immediately eligible with relaxed NCAA interpretations are recent developments.

That doesn't mean I endorse it, it just means times have changed.

Comparing full cohorts to partial cohorts isn’t the most helpful. There will still likely be several kids to leave from the 19 and 20 classes.
