35% is better than Haywood who shot 28% on the season yet played 25 mins per game35% 3 point shooting will not get us to the dance. He added so much else?
Horne played defense and battled for rebounds. Ritchie was a detriment on the defensive end and the only rebounds he grabbed were usually uncontested. I liked Ritchie's shot a lot but he was too hesitant. Catch and shoot the ball...that's what he was on the floor for and every time he pump faked and drove inside and kicked it back out to a shooter who was not open and not as good as he was at shooting the ball made me scream at the TV.Don’t like losing Ritchie. Best 3 point shooter on the team at 36%. Positive assist to turnover ratio. Takes care of the ball. If you’re going to have a guard on the floor who shoots 15% from three you better find some shooters to compensate.
Horne shot 34% from 3 last year for comparison.
