avatar help needed

I keep copying and pasting a url the same way I do to insert pics but it doesn't show up. I resized it to 100X100.

IDK why the rights were blocked, but when you explained it like you did, I assumed that was the issue.

I know I had my sig rights blocked at one time. Way back before Cal was hired and it was being discussed on here one poster I won't name posted Cal was the dirtiest player in the game and a bunch of other derogatory stuff including giving up being a UK fan I took a screen snap of his posts for future use. I think in 2011, the poster was called out by another poster then the poster that dogged Cal claimed it was all lies and bs so I used those screencaps as my sig. Needless to say that poster doesn't post much anymore. Maybe they disabled my avatar at the same time.
