AVS gonna win the Stanley

Yes they did. I wondered, before the series started, why so many pundits picked the Lightning to win. Avs, on paper, had the better team.
I was surprised, however, the way the Avs won. I, and many others, figured that the Avs needed to play THEIR game, outshoot the Lightning 40-25 every game, speed, speed, speed. I thought that the Avs would be in trouble if they were forced to play slog-it-out hockey which 4 of the 6 games were. But, they won 2 OT games and then held on last night in a very close, physical game.
Denver is all-Avs today! Of course, everything will switch to all-Broncos by tomorrow.
