Feels like our program went from all this momentum to sank in the span of 3 weeks. I mean we missed on many targets over the summer but it’s really gotten bad now.

I honestly haven’t paid much attention to recruiting lately like I used to, but I had no idea how much better that little weirdo Pat Kelsey was doing recruiting over Pope till a friend told me to look it up how much better Kelsey has done so far. Makes me sick
We have two of the best recruiters in the nation. They didn't just suddenly forget how to recruit. Its a different problem.
Also we're advertising ourselves as being the leader in nil. So many isnt the problem either.
Its the offense we run. You can tell this year we're running very little zoom. That's why. Its a great system but players dont think it showcases their ability and they are right.
Something is a real big problem here and Pope better hope that he gets whatever it is fixed..... Or one of our own won't survive this very long.....
Curious to see what happens with those two after the season.
Could it be that, after the $$$, KY talks family, tradition, fan base, championships, etc ... and that is not of real interest to most high-profile recruits ?? Is it simply the money and how your program is going to benefit their pro prospects ?? Could it be our sales pitch is all wrong ... toward the high-profile audience we are recruiting ?? If you asked JQ why he came here, what would he say ?? It may well be that what the fans want and what recruits want are two different things ...
