They will,be our 2
Or even our 4 or 5 seed. They could lose quite a few without him.

That said, the committee will be somewhat forgiving so they might be our 3 or 2...depends on well they play without him.

I agree; this probably does push Wisconsin towards our 'regional' bracket.

Depends on how they play without him, and he is a big piece.

B1G is very down this year, so I wouldn't be surprised if they just drop 2 or 3 more games and still get a 1 seed.

Oh I'm not scared of them at all. That said, if they drop from the 1 line (idk how they don't now), they will be in our bracket. I would bet all my savings on that. Anyone want to debate?

Being early enough this can help backup point guard grow. Might end up helping them down the road if he comes back strong and they assimilate quickly.

Except Kentucky. Losing Poythress would have annihilated any chance of a Final Four run for most programs. Kentucky is still stung by the loss, but they are still a contender. If Duke lost Jefferson or if Arizona lost Ashley, they'd both be finished as far as national title contention is concerned due to lack of depth.

When I saw him go down in the Rutgers game, is was a VERY awkward way in which he went down. You never want to think a player is going to be down and out after something like that, but it juts looked very very bad. I had a bad feeling something serious had been done, but was hoping that it was just a sprain or something like that (not serious).

Hope he gets well soon and fully recovers.

Even if he does make it back before the tournament, he won't be in basketball shape and will be rusty. This would be a big blow to any team.
