So what do they do with the balloons if Nebraska doesn't score?

They should get a big bundle ready and make Riley hold them until we score. Maybe playing with the red balloons during the game would distract him and give us a chance to win.

If we don't score, we can collect all of them from the stadium, and float Riley back to Oregon State.
