He was a SOPHOMORE going into his Junior year. He had played very little until the playoffs, where he ran a kickoff back for a touchdown. He knew very little about recruiting. Everyone around Whitehall thought that commitment would not stand.
I remember thinking it was about time that we won a recruiting battle against them.
