There's a breakout game coming here sooner or later. The game is starting to slow down for him, and he's shooting, moving without the ball, and defending with confidence.

Not sure as he is more a backup for Behran. He is a bit of a tweener though

I’m struggling with a best-case comp for him. Maybe Talen Horton-Tucker? A short combo guard-forward who can rebound and create for others?

Barnhizer is really versatile. He was a 6-6 point guard in high school and finalist for Mr. Indiana. Now he might be 6-7 and has filled in for Beran in Collins' position-less basketball scheme, basically can play 1-4. He has a good shooting stroke but hasn't been hitting his three's consistently, but hope he can improve as he gets more comfortable. He'll be very valuable going forward.

I'm thinking Purdue's Ethan Morton. I've kind of thought this since they were still in high school.

Barnhizer slots in best at the 3. He's our only natural 3. And Beran is our only natural 4, with Hunger down and Martinelli apparently not able to contribute yet..

Collins has used Nicholson/Beran/Barnhizer from time to time, but typically doesn't like to sit 2 guards (out of Buie, Audige, Roper and Berry). Its a useful "big" look for us when nobody is in foul trouble. We can pound it inside when those 3 are on the court together.
