Bascart or Grocery Cart?

Bascart is what Kroger administrators wanted them to be officially called, f*** that. I called it a grocery cart.
Never heard the word bascart before this thread. It even has a red squiggly line under it telling me it's a fake *** word, anyway.
Do you know what a fireplug is? What about hose pipe? Or a car park? Or what the word "tumpted" means? I had to learn all these words/phrases living in the deep south and none of them sound as retarded as bascart.

The only people who use the word “bascart” work for the cart manufacturers or the person responsible for ordering them at the grocery company.

I used to work for Kroger in HS and college. Management referred to them as bascarts.

The secret was rounding up a few other minimum wage grunts to help you clear the lot in 5 minutes.
Then 40 minutes of sitting in the car blazing a j and a couple cigs. Then 15 more minutes of light solo cart round up.
I was a model employee.
