Last I had seen, back in mid-August, is that no decision had been made yet, they were still in process, but Tim Miles is preparing as if he won't be available. Looks like there was a more recent update on the premium board on August 25, but I can't read it.

"Isaac Copeland? Who does he play for now? Nebraska? We'll get back to that, we have to make sure all the North Carolina players understand they are only there to play basketball... and make sure Roy is protected"
