It is easier to understand why Baylor was recruiting Stidham over CP. Different skill sets and fits a little better with what Briles is trying to do.
Granted, Stidham is not making an progression reads. He is simply throwing it to the primary target. The routes have been simple and Linwood makes it easier too, gaining 4-6 yards on 1st down runs.
