Well nobody has noticed on here but OU is beating WVU pretty good. By the way Huggins whole coaching style is simply to have his team molest yours and hope the refs don't call them on it. Kruger is face planting him on national TV. Everybody relax and go back to worrying about tomorrow.

watched the whole game and you are right on a couple of accounts...Huggins is mug and grab basketball. They can't shoot other than layups after literal defensive mugging.
second part would be that the home crowd was a literal disgrace....I mean a literal disgrace!
third....this team OUr team is a very good and I cannot believe there are not more posts about them ....well unless they lose....what a fan base.
Huge win last night for OU. I liked how they showed the film clip of OU preparing for WVU's smothering press defense by practicing a 6 on 5 full court press. A few times they jammed us and forced a turnover, but more often than not, we broke it and got a lot of easy points in the paint and wide open 3s.
Personally, I like Huggins' style of coaching and how he's managed to build a top 15. He knows he doesn't have a strong shooting team from the outside, so covering up an offensive weakness by playing strong defense (full-court press) is a pretty good idea in my opinion.
This was a big, big win at home, especially after looking so bad in Morgantown. I didn't see the final number of turnovers, but OU had 22 in Morgantown, so I can imagine we had less than a dozen last night. OU is strong at home, so I hope our guys can get a couple more road wins before tourney season starts.
I am calling for 6-2 to finish out. Win out at home get the frogs and tacos on the road. I would have to see it to believe it (beating the mildcats and the juco of Iowa on the road with this team) but maybe they are on the verge of great. One thing I believe is that they will have the better coach most of the games.
