When did simply trying to tackle someone become “dirty” and “terrible”?

What could have been if he stayed was him sitting on the bench and running some gimmick plays...
We know he was awful this year, right? 11 TDs with 7 picks. He only had 52 more rushing yards than Allar playing an extra game and a half. All while in an offense designed to his strength.
Mizzou's offense was better with Zollers. If you question that rewatch his last 3 games when they finally saw someone with a pulse.
It's awful he qas hurt. Same is true for everyone. However the narrative needs to end that he played well. He was only starting because the co-starter was injured in the opener.
Beau will be in the portal next year if we or anyone wants him.

This was Allar's team...so until he was injured Beau wasn't going to play. That's not even a debate

Zollers put up more points yesterday than Beau...predictable. Beau didn't win the starring job in camp...both were schedule to start 1 of the first 2 games a rotate...fact.
Do you think he's returning to Mizzou to sit behind Zollers (or at best compete with him) when he's already shown he'll portal to chase money

They still need to he analyzed which is why Beau is significantly worse with all the other turnovers that should have been in, with their elite run game, with their receivers that make contested catches all while playing in an offense that fits his strengths. Beau isn't a good player. He lacks talent but you and others just love moxie and the underdog.

That would be ok but how is it he chose Beau as his QB over Zollers. Don't get me wrong you won't hear or see me complaining if that's the way it turned out.
Because he had two QBs with experience on a team returning a lot that had a chance to make the playoff. Zollers was a true freshman coming off a significant injury. The plan was to redshirt him until the co-starter was injured.
Though not my first choice, I certainly wouldn’t be opposed to Drink being named the new coach, but I don’t really get the fan obsession with Beau returning for 1 year. He’s been very underwhelming in conference play this year.
stats are stats. Beau qbr and the rest of his stats were so much better than Allar. His team had 1 loss and Allar had 4 losses, Allar was hurt when we had no chance to beat nw, so stats are stats. I'm great at getting people upset by dealing with reality. Teams lose games...not use how you're blaming Allar for Iowa which was the 4th loss but it makes sense that you are. Beau was in a system allegedly designed for him with an elite run game. Allar was forced into a gimmicky offense and made the best of it. Beau wasn't effective on the ground and turned the ball over better than anyone. Once SEC play starred he completely collapsed as most expected.
Allar has been overrated throughout his entire career, but the world (minus Lando) finally woke up to that fact this year. The OC and scheme are a joke, but there’s no scheming around a stiff with “measurables” who is terrified of throwing to anyone but the safety valve and panics in the big games and crucial situations. Allar is a slightly better version of Hackenberg, who made tha “All Potential” team every year until the moronic Jets selected him in the draft and false potential finally ran into the wall of reality. Hey, maybe the Browns will draft Allar!
It was 4th and goal. The guy grabbed his ankle and was holding on to try to prevent Pribula from scoring and then several other Vandy players hit him and pushed him backward. What was home supposed to do? Let go? That makes as much sense as saying Pribula should have gone down after the guy grabbed his ankle. Feel horrible for Beau but football is a rough game.

I was fine with his actions until he was down. The guy knew he was down but still looked like he was involved in some “extracurricular activity” under the pile. Wasn’t quite a gator roll that certain dirty players do, but it looked like he was manipulating the joint.

DId anyone ever watch practice and see Beau throw? He was not as good as Allar, way less arm strength and not as accurate. Clear as day to see when you watch practice. Was he more of a scrambler, gamer like Trace, yup, be he didn't have the rest of the intangibles like Trace either. Allar regressed and was not good this year but Beau was not some great player at Mizzou. Hell Allar and Allen seemed to be the only two guys on offense who gave a damn in the three game losing streak.
