Beca new head coach

Former Clarion AA Mike Cole replaces Jeff Karam.

Some possible drama: assistant coach Scott Desmond (Nate's dad) expected the promotion but got passed over. His BILSeth Ciasulli runs te Red Hawk club which is basically a feeder for Beca.

Why did Karam step down (again)? I know he did for about half of a year (3-4 years ago).
