Remember this:
1. He was an Army All American, so several experts thought pretty highly of him.
2. He is on his third QB coach.
3. He is on his third coordinator.
4. It generally takes two years for a QB to truly learn the system he is running. It is even harder when changing every year.
I am in my 27th year of coaching football on both the collegiate and high school level. The one thing that I have learned over that time about QBs, is that it takes some time, but more importantly it takes consistency. I'm not saying that Drew is going to be an all american, but he does need the chance to have an offense that he is in that has consistency.
