Lots of safety protocols remaining to work out, and the owners and players seem a long way apart in money issues. Am I being too pessimistic?

The two sides are talking. I’m optimistic, as long as that continues to be the case. I think we’ll know which way it’s going to go by the end of this week.

I hope they get their act together. Absolute huge window of opportunity for MLB to monopolize eyeballs, and instead we get a bunch of petulant children.

While I agree with the players points, the reality is no one cares. We want baseball. Theyre getting paid plenty. And both sides need to see the forest for the trees. You help kill the sport by persisting with this when you could in fact reel in new fans and help regrow the sport.

Put it simply......PLAY BALL!
