Ernie Denham was a diehard Louisville fan. Our Freedom Hall seats were just a row apart. He was very humble and a soft spoken man. Not sure if I ever attended a golf event in Louisville that I did not see Ernie either working it or just in the crowd. Bellarmine and the golf communities of Louisville and our state are better because of Ernie. RIP.
