Benson is important......

With Tap likely out, or less effective, Benson needs to step up. I like what I have seen so far, but a freshman in the BIG10 is a learning experience.

This is the time tfor Hard nosed defense, help move the ball around on offense and take close in shots if Purdue spends too much time shutting down the 3's from the outside. Exciting time for him.

We are going to need all the fouls we can use to handle their big men. Benson should get important minutes, particularly if Pardon runs into foul trouble.
