Can someone confirm that the committee is supposed to, or at least has
gone on record in the past saying, the #1 #1 seed shall play the weakest
2 seed? Is that Urban Legend or fact? I know with the "S Curve" they try to balance the regions but as we all know the West and wherever Duke plays always seem to be cupcake city and we seem to draw the toughest region. If that is truly a rule or even a goal there is no way in holy hell we should have Wisky in our bracket.
