Best Christmas Movie - Round Two - Game 6

This thread is for the matchup between the number 6 seed and 11 seed.

This is a battle for the ages. I'm not entirely sure how I'm going to choose.

Elf is a fun tale about a full grown human who has been raised by Elves. Starring top-of-his-game Will Ferrell and Zoey Deschanel at her Zoey-Deschanel-est, this film will be sure to bring a smile to your face as Buddy navigates his way into the world outside the North Pole. I've probably seen this movie more times than any other in my life, and I'm not sure that's a good thing.

Bad Santa is just bad ***. Billy Bob Thornton plays the anti-hero to a T and somehow makes a philandering, foul-mouth, thief into a sympathetic character. Also starring a dwarf, his wife, a fat kid and a possibly dead grandma, the supporting cast is phenomenal.

Every scene with Bernie Mac and John Ritter is outstanding. RIP to both of them.

-love em both... Lauren Graham is a knockout, but had to go with Elf as it's a been a staple in our family.

Zooey Deschanel has always annoyed me. She also has very creepy and odd moles on her eyelids. I won't post pics here because I don't wanna traumatize anyone. YWIA.

This is a tough one. Like you said, which direction do you want to go.

Im gonna lean ever-so-slightly Elf, because it's a modern classic and we don't have many of those, if any. Bad Santa is funnier, it took huge balls to make, love it.. but edge goes to Elf for me.
