So last week I accepted a new position with another firm. The compensation increase will drastically alter our family's financial situation, and will lead to greater opportunities for our son, than her or I were ever given. Today, when I got home my wife presented me with the ball below. By far the coolest Duke gift I have ever received.

So what are some of the best Duke gifts the members of the Board have received? Post some pics.

I’ve never gotten anything other that Duke hats, t-shirts or sweatshirts as a gift. I did get a Duke throw blanket for Christmas one year that I rarely use even in the winter because I rarely need it because it stays warm enough in my bedroom because we have central heat.
Technically they weren’t s gift but I did buy myself a set of 3 pictures from the 2015 Championship game. I got them from Walmart and the corner of one of the pictures separated so we had to fix it with tape and recently the other 2 pictures have separated at the corner, so we’re going to have eventually fix them with tape as well.

That’s a great gift! My best is a piece of Cameron floor that my daughter got me for my birthday maybe 12—15 years ago. I don’t remember exactly. Then a couple years ago I got to play golf one weekend with Chris Duhon. I had him autograph the floor and the 5.00 I won!!!

Grant Hill and Tony Lang signed a sweatshirt for me back at Duke. That’s about it, I think.

I get the 2001 and 2010 SI championship issues framed for one of my old Duke buddies, to hang in his new office. Included a plaque that read “A Decade of Dominance.” It was cool, and he still has it hanging in there.

Tickets to the rose garden to watch Kyrie and the boys in the singler vs singler game, when they played the ducks in late 2010 or early 2011.
