I drink water 99% of the time, but when I’m feeling like an absolute MAD MAN I’ll get one of those Jarritos orange sodas. 🔥
Yeah, those are good, but I am on the no calorie kick so my go to daily is the Sparkling Ice drinks. Most of them are good. During the summer a few a day. Rarely do I drink water.

Ice Mountain brand sparkling water.

Water, carbonation, and fruit flavoring. No sugar, no calories. Comes in lots of flavors and it quenches my thirst better than plain water. I’ve probably averaged about three 16oz bottles per day for the last decade or so.

Most have antioxidants in them as well. Favorites are Black Raspberry, and Black Cherry. Peach Mango is up there as well but, most of them are good.

Anyone a fan of Hint? Not my favorite, but a nice change every once in a while.

So thankful that I love water and not someone that hates the lack of taste. Plain water is delicious.

After that a mix of black coffee, seltzer, BCAAs..

Really digging Kombucha lately.. I like the seltzer-y taste and it makes me think i'm being healthy. Love this one especially:

- Sparkling water, non-flavored. Prefer ice-cold Gerolsteiner, Perrier, Hassia or Selters.

- Hot tea with whole milk. Drink 2 cups daily.

Except for an Ale-8 a few years ago, I have not consumed soft drinks in nearly 15 years. Too much sugar.

I think I get a Baja Blast from Taco Bell.. maybe once or twice a year. Other than that, the only soda I'll have is if I'm forced to on a long drive. But even then I usually grab water.

Don't know how young people can drink so much soda. I get our parents. But I have a few friends who take down a few cans a day.

Water and diet coke.

But . . . . I have been cutting down on alcohol last year or so, and have started drinking NA beers on days I don't drink, so far, they all suck, IMO, but Bud Zero tends to suck less than the others. Cannot drink more than one NA beer, but it does tend to keep me from wanting a real beer, so it does work.

Anybody like any of the NA beers they can recommend?

This made me laugh. I don’t drink soft drinks except one soft drink that I’ve drank for the last 15 years 😆. Just teasing man.

Athletic Brewing has always been decent. They seem to be at the forefront of the NA business lately. Some of their IPAs do a pretty good job of pretending to be a beer.

My issue is, what's the point? I won't lie.. I drink because of the affect. I don't drink because a Hazy IPA actually tastes better than all other drinks (I've always thought alcohol tastes "tolerable" for what it is, but ultimately, it's never going to be water or soda or kool-aid).

So I drink an NA beer, and all it makes me want to do is actually go get a 6-pack or hit the bar.

Check it out. Christmas 2020, I totally went nuts with my diet. Pigged out on Reeces, Pecan Pie, Ale-8 + many other sweets over holidays.

During that time, my feet began burning like hell at night. Feet burned so bad I could not sleep. Visited doctor and he theorized pre-diabettes. So I laid off sugar and began walking more. Took a blood test the next week. Blood sugar levels returned back to normal. Scared the hell outta me.

Starbucks Mocha Frappuccino for me. I haven't had one in a few years though. Second would be a Coke. I have one every year.
