I like this one a lot, it's from Dexter, Season 3, Episode 4. It's at the very end when Dexter successfully proposes to Rite after setting up one of the Prado brothers in a bar.

Dexter - Yes
Family Guy - Yes
American Dad - Yes
Cleveland Show - Yes
Better Call Saul - Not yet, although it may be going on Hulu instead of Netflix. I'm not sure, AMC signed an exclusive deal with Hulu for shows going forward but I'm not sure if that includes the first season Better Call Saul since it aired before the agreement was made.

Not sure of episode or season but You'll Never Leave Harlan Alive was on Justified several times and they used several different versions. This is my favorite version.
