I will admit that I like the Oklahoma alternate uniforms with the white helmets and maroon stripe and OU helmet stickers. It’s a pretty clean look with the maroon jerseys.

That is correct. Herbert "Fritz" Crisler, Princeton's coach at the time, established the multi-color winged helmet design at Princeton in 1935 (in Princeton's orange & black colors). Crisler was hired by scUM prior to 1938 season and he brought the helmet to scUM in their colors copying the design from Princeton.

It's a good list. I think we should be higher but whatever. Some of my personal favorites outside of PSU are USC, Alabama Oregon and Pitt. I also think SDSU has sweet uniforms. I love what Oregon does even though it's not for PSU.
