He's not "hiding" he has nothing better to offer voters. When Trump gets finished pinning him to the radical Left now running his party, he'll be fully exposed...hairy legs and all!
Even one of Biden's campaign leaders said something like Joe is doing well from his basement and should stay there. It is as clear as the day is long that the Biden campaign's "strategy" is to watch the leftists in the media and on the streets antagonize and incite Trump, as dementia Joe hides in the basement. Never before has there been a presidential election that is all about one candidate. Biden could be a tin can, and it wouldn't matter, as this election is all about Trump supporters vs. Trump haters.
The Left knows he can't win either. So they're selling "racism" or "fear" of Trump turning into a Dictator as reasons to replace him with a blank memory thumb drive like Biden.
The Left just wants to keep him propped up and running on stimulants until they can get him plugged into a data port behind the Big Oak desk in the WH and program him.
Only trouble is they'll need more RAM in his defragged brain to execute their programming. Even then he may still fry his power supply, overload, and go full "blue screen" shut down mode because his mental clockspring can't handle the throughput.

4 decades as a legislator and not one piece of significant legislation with his name on it. Not one. Who else in Congress has such a dismal record?

Actually not a bad plan if you think about it. Both guys (Trump and Biden) are idiots that will make blunders and say something stupid or obscene or alienating to groups of people. One guy sitting back, while the other out there talking. Not a bad plan.
Is it possible for BOTH to lose? I hope so.
