I. Players transferring that never lived up to hyped potential: Javon Bess (MSU); Daniel Giddens (OSU - will probably transfer to SEC School or FSU)

II. Players transferring that were ok in their roles: DJ Foreman (Rutgers); Kendall Stephens (Purdue); Ricky Doyle (Mich - bit of a surprise but Mich has a stud Center who was a freshman this year named Wagner from Germany - kid will be a terrific player); Spike Albrecht (Mich); Andrew Fleming (Iowa)

III. Players transferring that we never got to know you: Marvin Clark (MSU); Justin Goode (RU); AJ Harris (OSU); Mickey Mitchell (OSU)

IV. Coaching Moves: Steve Pikeill as HC to RU; Karl Hobbs as Assistant HC to RU; Wisconsin Asst Coach resigned (forgot his name but wonder if he took the heat for Wisconsin's meltdown vs Notre Dame in Sweet 16)

V. Pre Season Tournaments: Northwestern in Legends (with Texas; Colorado and Notre Dame); Michigan State will play in Tournament of Champions with Duke; Kansas and Kentucky. MSU may be overmatched as they will take a step down this year.

VI. Awards: Denzel Valentine won AP Player of the Year Award

VII. Declared for NBA: Corey Sanders (though did not hire an agent)

VIII. Programs in a bit of chaos right now with defections / transfers: OSU; RU (expected however with new regime)

Don't think it's fair to say that MSU will be taking a step down next year. They're bringing in 3 top 30 recruits and will probably be top 5-10 in the preseason polls.
