As an aside, when did the B1G become the triple A version of the NBA on Christmas? Four games for the student-athletes. I guess if they can't go home for the holiday they might as well ball. Probably less depressing than sitting alone in their apartment or dorm room. But still........and to prove what a hypocrite I am I cannot wait for the MSU-UW game to see how the Spartans respond after the lashing they no doubt got from Izzo after the NU game. The other games pretty much suck.

I heard BTN/B1G was secretly hoping NBA didn't start when it did and could capitalize on the dearth of programming on Christmas Day. Didn't work out that way, but I'm sure the B1G is hoping for extra ratings and $$ from games on the 25th and 26th.
