Great win. Living in PSU country as I do I get immense joy whenever we beat a Penn State team in any sport. PSU fans are, in my opinion, some of the worst and most obnoxious fans around. I am still angry over how my daughter and I were treated during Nebraska’s football game against them in 2002. We went with a close friend of mine who is a great guy and a huge PSU fan. He got us the tickets and was so excited for us to experience a night game white out. He was embarrassed and appalled at how we were treated. Before the game we were just walking down a sidewalk in State College having just come from a restaurant. My daughter was wearing an Eric Crouch jersey. Some random, middle aged dude with two little kids in tow stops, looks at her Crouch jersey and asks her if she liked Crouch. Seemed nice enough. She said yes and he proceeded to take his coke which was in a large cup and tossed it in her face. He then looked at her and said “**** you.” I lunged at the guy as any father would and was going to rip his fat head off, but my friend intervened and grabbed me, saying "cool it dude, it isn't worth it. Let's just get out of here." The dude just laughed at us and then my friend shouted at him "get the F out of here you miserable piece of **** before I let my friend here rip you a new one." It de-escalated from there. My daughter was only 13 but took it all in stride. She said after: "Dad, good thing Rodney stopped you. That guy was huge." ha. The wisdom of youth. I still think I could have taken him though since I was so full of rage and adrenalin that I felt like I could have taken on Andre the Giant. Then, at the game, tons of PSU fans around us started screaming obscenities and throwing stuff at us. We were getting blown out anyway so my friend just said "let's get out of here." And we did.

Unbelievable how horrendous people can be. Especially towards children. I will never understand.

That was a fun game to watch. Some really good rallies. We should have swept them

VB team starting to get that mojo back, momentum has swung their way. Could be a solid rest of the season.
