You are spot on Wheeling. Nationals will be fun, crazy to think there is only one senior starter on this team. I feel really bad for Kindig, hopefully he has enough time to get ready and compete at nationals!

Congrats to all of these young men for competing like they do!!

Old number nine- I actually scored the matches as they happened but I left my bracket sheet in Tulsa at OKstatefan's house. I can not recall them exactly without that sheet but I can say in Alex's final match he pushed the action immediately and never let up. I do not recall Moreno even making a shot as he was too busy trying unsuccessfully to fend off Alex. .Alex scored in every period and had 5-6 takedowns along with a two point turn. He was also dominant on top and Moreno would have never escaped without being let up by Alex to take him down again. Very impressive performance over Moreno who was ranked either 2 or 3 depending upon the poll.

Austin was aggressive in both of his matches and piled up a number of takedowns and was never in danger. Austin looks to be rounding into National tournament shape at the right time. All of our wrestlers with great determination and as usual John has them at peak performance levels going into Nationals.
