I've received a message that there is a billing problem with my account. I paid $100 on 1/7/20. Has there been a price increase?

Sounds like some type of spam mail. Your account is paid up and there are no issues on this end. If you ever receive email from us it should ever ask for credit card info, login info, etc. If you have concerns please feel free to reach out to me. Thanks.
