Thats some nice fish. What alot of people dont realize is that around here anything more than 2 walleye per trip is considered a great trip. I hate em myself...teeth like a damn cat, gills like razors and fins like little spikes but gotta admit that they are some great eating. Cumberland or Laurel?

Got them on Laurel. I just fish for them in the spring when they are up feeding on shad at night and they the only fish I keep because as you said they are some of if not the best eating freshwater fish around.

Nice catch ukcat ! Haven't been able to get out yet but love catching walleye... How early in the night are the shad coming up?

The shad coming up at dark, now when the walleye come up is different story. With the full moon this week I am guessing the fish will be up some before the moon gets high and bright but probably the best time is going to be after the moon starts going down and sets.
