This is our last season with a Plumlee on the roster, and it's kind of sad. We've had a corn fed Indiana big named Plumlee since 2008. My sons have grown up thinking "Dammit Plumlee!" is just something you say. I think Vrankovic needs to just change his name to Plumlee in the off-season. I hope Miles is thinking about children soon. We need a Plum4 on the recruiting trail.

It's funny you mention that because it was a discussion my brother and I had over the weekend. For opposing fans they have to wonder 'What the hell?'

I have to claim me as NC boys.. They all three went to Christ school which is pretty close to me with Marshall being in the state since middle school and I know for a while he claimed Asheville as his hometown over IN not sure what he does now but anyway I've loved these guys and will miss what they all brought to the table
Southern living only makes men better. I bet they still eat corn on the cob several times per week though.
Yeah I would say they are more NC boys. But it would have been pretty awesome to see them go head to head against all three Zeller guys for Indiana State titles. Either way going to miss their play along with their personalities on the team.
Yep these boys have been very good for Duke and I'm grateful we've gotten all 3 for as long as we did. They've been tremendous for us and also sometimes frustrating! But boy it won't feel right without one around.
The Plumlees have indeed been special to Duke. All three gave more to us than was ask/ OFC

I remember seeing Miles behind the bench at the Championship game, but it was during Wisconsin's 2nd half run, so I was a bit pained that Marshall might not get his. I'd still like to see some footage of the family reaction afterward.

82-50 remember that pick of Miles slamming the devil out of the ball while those Heels watched. That's how UNC nation needs to remember the Plumlees. Could someone please post that thing. I think some of our Heel friends may have never seen it or either they've forgotten about it. I would love to see Marshall have a career game down in Chapel Hll by putting up a double double. OFC
