I know you guys have a Blackstone or similar griddle. What is your favorite thing to cook on them? I am going to purchase some taco holders and make some street tacos soon but my go to has been hibachi style Japanese food. What about you?
I cook them at the same time but not together. I got a burger press a month ago and that thing works great. Was burning the hell out of my hand using a spatula.
What do you mean by "high temps"? I get the arteflame scorching hot.

Just came into a little extra cash and picked up the Blackstone to accompany my Weber performer. Smashburgers and brunch will be a mainstay. Can't wait to put this bad boy into play. How hot can it get? I assume I can use my torch on the (seasoned) grill top for getting crust on steaks? This should be perfect for fish and veggies though.
