Any one who went to "The Land of Oz" in my day knew him. He did so much for the athletic program there, and I made many friends there through the intramural program in the mid 1970s. Nice to see him honored.

He was the men's bball coach when I was there in the late 80s. They won the CCAC Championship one of those years which was played in Rec Hall. I didn't play bball but hung around the gym a lot in my spare time. I remember him being a good guy with a lot of patience dealing with all the personalities of the students back then.
