heard him on ESPNU radio a couple nights ago. he was talking complimentary football and how the offensive plan and the defensive plan need to be in synch. he said that UK likes to run and control the ball, they are okay playing bend but don't break defense. he said that a team that is more quick strike would be an example of not good complimentary approach to the way UK plays DEF = bend but don't break. one comment he made was that quick strike style offensive teams tend to have more 3 and outs, which is not a good compliment to bend but don't break. .
