Marques Bolden cancled both visits this weekend. Many seem to think he's a Kansas lean now. Do you think that's the case or is he just burnt from the recruiting process?

Were his visits to UK for BBM and to Duke for CTC this weekend official or unofficial visits?

That's what I thought but wasn't sure. It could just be that after taking all of his official visits he made his decision and didn't feel like he needed to take unofficial visits to make his decision.
He already had official visits to both UK and Duke back in September. He was just in Lawrence last weekend. My guess is he is getting a bit tired of the process and maybe of the travelling.
Here are some comments Bolden made to Rivals following his visit to Kansas. As some have noted, looks to be tired and a little conflicted. On a side note, he does talk about hanging out with Harry Giles so hopefully they have a good relationship and they both choose Duke.

That's a lot of traveling for anyone going from TX to Kansas back to TX to Kentucky then NC then back to TX. Might not mean much who knows
that traveling for unofficials can get pretty expensive....im sure he knows where he is going and why waste his parents money...besides, he was just at Duke
That's what I was thinking. He's already taken his official visits, so he probably has enough to help him make his decision without having to waste his parents money taking unofficial back to back visits to two schools in one weekend.
Here's my thoughts...
If you already had your official visits there really isn't any need to take another visit. He was at Kansas with Giles and spend the entire time with him and talking to him which has to be pro Duke. Then by shutting things down after his final official visit again has to be he has a good idea of where he wants to go. I don't see any of this as a negative towards Duke.
Rumor also has it that a decision "might" come earlier than later.

It would be cool if both he and Giles ended up announcing on the same date that they were both coming to Duke.
Like others here have said, nothing about nothing. My "opinion". He's already made officials both to Duke and UK. I think both of us are in good shape with him.
