Bone conduction headphones

anybody have any experience with these? Thinking about getting a pair for use when I run. I can’t run without music but don’t like not being able to hear cars and other sounds.

I know they don’t produce results that would make an audiophile happy but I just want to be able to listen to music at a decent volume while not getting my *** run over by a car.

All suggestions and smart *** comments welcomed and appreciated.
