I never take an NU win for granted. Great shot, Nick. Mullins, amazing! Gritty. Proud of them.

Really amazing stat line - 27 points, 13 rebounds (including *TEN* offensive boards), two assists, but also zero blocks, steals or turnovers. Considering how much he had the ball, the zero turnovers is amazing.

I swear there were a couple of games in the late 80s when the Cats didn’t get a single offensive rebound in an entire half.

I washed the game and I'm embarrassed to admit it but when I saw that Nick had 27 points, I was shocked. I just didn't't see it. I thought he had about 12 points. Great job Nick, sorry I will watch the game again tomorrow.

Martinelli comes up clutch in his interviews too. Always entertaining. Can imagine him and Brooks are two hilarious guys together.

Even later, on top of the way less athletic roster, Carmody was allergic to attacking the offensive board. He was more of transition defense, no fast breaks kind of guy.

Last night was an ugly win that was won on the glass. I’ll take wins anyway they come in the B1G. Hopefully Leach is okay and we notch a few more.
