Two goaltending late in the game. Its hard to believe Ole Miss lost that game but then Brakefield may as well have been playing for TA&M.

The 2nd one looked like it may have been clean. Was very close either way.
Adou dunked a ball that was laying on the front of the rim last night and the refs didn't call a goaltend. With the rule being if they call it they can review later but if they don't it can't be reviewed later I don't understand why they wouldn't call any goaltend that is even close much less one that looks pretty obvious.

Even Arkansas homer Jimmy Dykes said it was gpaltending.

Jaemyn Brakefield was the #1 overall player in his class when he was 14/15 years old (Huntington Prep.) He was definitely an early bloomer, ended up being a 4 star guy. Came to Duke for 1 year on the COVID team that missed the tournament and didn't make much of an impact. Has been at Ole Miss the previous 4 seasons.

One of the many ways the FIBA rules are better. Hits the rim, it’s a live ball. Takes the ref subjectiveness out of the call. They aren’t trying to see semantics of where exactly the ball is in a moment of time of an imaginary cylinder when the game is moving at full speed.

I like a lot of the international rules. Makes for a more open, free flowing game imo.
