Yes he was Mann's backup. I'm talking about putting him on the field at the same time. You know, 4 down lineman. A Jack is not a lineman... So it's a 3 man front. That should be our base.
Don't know that I've ever seen a player announce that he is transferring practically right after he got injured. Kinda strange
one comment on ou insider mentioned parental pressure. that possible reason would make more sense (that an upset dad would tell his son what to do right after a traumatic event) even tho it may be the wrong move... but we're not on the inside to know for sure
