Wow. Terribly, terribly sad. Obviously for the individual who lost his life, but also for Boeheim who will carry this with him forever. I have a good friend who was driving and had the same thing happen (he wasn't drinking, either) and it's something he's carried with him for over 15 years. It never goes away.

This one hit close to home...A girl on my team father was just hit on highway here going to work about three weeks ago....same thing....he broke down and got out of car and a tractor trailer coming by hit and killed him.....

This is really really terrible for Boheim and the family of the one he hit....hopefully all is just an accident....

Terrible news... Being outside your vehicle on a highway is dangerous in the day light, night time really makes it risky. Boeheim seems like a stand up guy, really hope nothing influenced this and it was purely a tragic accident.
