Doesn't surprise me, although I think Jeff could have held out for a better gig. Should make for a hell of a game next season.

Winning at Purdue can be done. I believe the coach named Tiller had a good run, but no doubt it will be difficult.

I wanted to get your opinion on him if you guys don't mind? If we hire him, I'd be very happy with it. Seems like he's a great coach on offense. Would love to hear your thoughts. Strengths/weaknesses? Would he be a good recruiter?

boiler 1987, if I'm a Purdue I want this hire. Moderate risk, high reward and the entertainment factor is off the charts! If this comes to fruition I would give the boilermaker hire an 8 and the IU hire a yawwwnnn 3 or 4.

Tiller did have success there and it sure didn't hurt that he had Drew Brees and Kyle Orton during his time there.

Like Brohm, Tiller was an offensive innovator and great coaching QBs.
