WV has the talent and the name to win a lot of games in the Big 12.
Pretty much Oklahoma State since the divisons went away and TCU since they came into the league.
I never attack West Virginia....
I will play the Devil's Advocate...
Oklahoma St has Mike Gundy. Even though some in Stillwater dislike him Gundy is a Top 15 football coach.
Gary Patterson might be even better.
Neal Brown and his staff have a lot of work to do.
The coaches and staff in the SunBelt are not the same as the Big 12.
Anyone can look like the star student in a remedial class...
But put him with some of the coaches and staff in the Big 12.
There was a reason why Mike Gundy loses assistants all the time.
A lot of these coaches in the Big 12 are doing the same thing...
If not they won't last long in the profession.

The great word was for the team said by Brown himself. "We are going to be great" He meant this for the future. But a troll like yourself uses this underlining thing that you know something to be able to pull a slight of hand at attacking WVU and their coaches.

To say Neal Brown hasn't proven anything is not attacking anyone. It is the truth.
You can look at it anyway you want...
Truthfully it gives Brown protection for this year.
If it was true he wouldn't have to tell the media.

I would wait a few games before putting expectations on Neal Brown.
This high mark will only come back to hurt Neal Brown later.

Last year Dana Holgersen signed his death wish....
Because people kept asking when WV was going to be great. Dana thought that was his team and he pretty much risked his job on Will Grier.
Dana might end up a failure at Houston.
Who knows.
But Neal Brown is being put in the same position.

I think people around the program need to get their check books out.
Maybe if your boosters throw 50-100 million into the football program you can ask for greatness.
But WV ran a deficit last year and it became about money.
Dana and his staff weren't worth the price.
Like I said I see if the big money people around WV threw truck loads of cash the expectations would be expected..
