Bruce Pearls collar needs those plastic things

Actually after taking a closer look at his shirt, he is missing the the tie bar - sometimes called a collar bar......

He probably didn't expect to need more than 2 or 3 shirts. His 4th is missing the stay thingies.

He just needs to button down his collar. You can see that his shirt has the button that holds your collar down but he isn't using it. It looks like his shirt is some goofy looking, 70s style shirt with an oversize collar.
