how 'bout we all start focusing & looking at this Saturday night's opponent in a huge important game rather than the saturday after Thanksgiving? or of predicting wins against Georgia & Tennesee? or of SEC east titles?

pretty damn sure unless we beat Miss St for the first time in a decade none of that other premature speculated garbage will mean diddly squat.

Must play them 1 at a time. We haven't beat MSU since 2008, that is 7 in a row won by Dan Mullen, whose play calling has given us fits.
No Dak Prescott this time, but the bullys are always big and physical. The open week has to benefit us, and we need to take advantage !

2 good things this year. Actually 3, MSU is horrible this year, we have them at home, and they Dak Prescott is no longer saving them. Recipe for a victory. However we have to continue to show improvement on both sides and shut down their running game

Last season after the bye week we came back and looked worse. Hopefully we used this time to solidify the things we do well.

I get the OP, but we as fans are allowed to look past the next opponent.

The players and coaches? Not so much.

Yeah, I'm more concerned with whether our players are looking beyond Saturday. My guess is that they are focused on Miss St and only Miss St.

Has anybody noticed how big UK is upfront yea state has good size but Uk is not exactly runts on either line. Middleton 6"3 303 pringle 6"3 330 elam 6"7 360 dubose 6"5 320 uk i turning into a bully

I was about to post the same thing.
We have traditionally not played well after a bye week in the Stoops era.
Hope that's changed.
