Is it possible Caitlin could play in the Olympics next year? I don’t know what the criteria is to be chosen for the Olympic try outs and if college players can/would be considered .

Possible? Yes. She'd need to get invited to take part in some of their training camps and get selected by a committee to be a part of the team. Most of the training camps take place during the WNBA off-season though, prime basketball season for WCBB.

I recall when Dawn Staley became the USA coach, she held camps right in Columbia, South Carolina since it was during her teams season. It also allowed Aja Wilson who was still in school there to take part.

Cheryl Reeve coaches the women and it’s possible they could train in nearby Minnesota but my guess it will be in Vegas.

The timelines with ncaa's and USA wbb just make it impossible. Ideally we'll see her in 4 years from next summer in the 28 Olympics.
