That was like watching Groundhog Day, except in red rather than blue! Made my whole weekend! Ding Dong the Witch is Dead 
Woke up at 12:30 to see it was in OT. Did Cal try and run out the clock when he got the solid lead?
And so, Hogs fans can close the books on the first season with CCC.
Start season with unproven and inexperienced yet talented teams
underperform and lose games against weaker competition his teams should beat in the OOC
Get used to the no timeouts at the end of games.
Miss critical free throws
Choke jobs in crunch time
CCC puckering up real tight at the end of the game
getting hammered in the SEC regular season
endure an uninterested SEC tournament that means nothing to CCC
Recruit big time and big name talent (only to have it underperform / underwhelm)
get excited about NBA draft day and lots of buzz about who CCC will bring in next year

This Arkansas roster is talented. They were preseason #16 and underperformed all season.
A second loss to USC in the SEC tournament would have kept them out of the NCAA field.
For the most part, this season was a terrible coaching job by Calipari that was bolstered by a couple of fortuitous matchups in the tournament. Arkansas fans are squealing like pigs as they don’t know any better. This will end up as Cal’s best season in Fayetteville.
You have watched Cow operate before, right? Was there any doubt he'd go to the weave and end up struggling to get up bad shots?

But, but, but…
According to the talking heads in the media, this was maybe Cal’s best coaching job ever. Look at everything he overcame. He was short handed most of the year (his fault for only signing 9 scholarship players, but not his fault) and still managed to make the Sweet Sixteen. He beat Self (who had one of his worst teams at KU) and Pitino (who really overachieved and probably didn’t deserve a 2 seed playing in a weak Big East). Dude is a HOF coach. He’s a darling among has been coaches that are now talking heads, because he’s the champion of underachievement!
To be fair, they got the exact shot Cal wanted at the buzzer, it just didn't drop. A one-on-one, contested, fadeaway 18-footer is poetry in motion to Cal.
Making that 3 at the end happens probably 30% of the time; making the 1st foul shot and intentionally missing the 2nd and getting the rebound and then scoring does not happen 30% of the time.
